"The biggest tangible change I've seen since working with Emily is a true understanding of self-care. As a new mom, I had so much guilt that I no longer have. I understand that I'm better for them (kids), when I'm better as a whole".

"I've just never thought of some of the ideas Emily has. I feel back on track now".

"Thank you for your post on 3 easy tips for combating the day...it actually helped me get out of bed. I was exhausted this morning. I was fighting with myself while laying in bed and I came across your post. I got out of bed and did yoga for about 45 minutes. Now I can feel a little more space in my brain!"
