About Emily
Emily Betros is a fully licensed clinical social workers and certified health coach. She received a duel degree, Bachelor’s in Social Work and Women and Gender Studies, from Western Michigan University. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University, she became a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has an extensive background in working with women and families. She has received training in motivational interviewing, secondary trauma-informed care, burn-out and compassion fatigue. She has also completed workshops focused on inclusion and diversity to ensure an open, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment and practice.
Emily identifies as a woman, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She lives in Kalamazoo and enjoys being active outside, traveling, reading, bring involved in the community, and spending time with family and friends.
Emily is a board member for the Southwest Michigan Eating Disorder Association (SMEDA), contributing writer for the Kalamazoo Women's Lifestyle Magazine, and past board chair for Open Roads Bike Program.

Reclaiming Health, LLC is a place where you will be heard and supported. You will meet one-on-one with Emily Betros, the owner, therapist, and certified health coach. She will help you put together a tailored plan of action based on your goals. Whether this is the first time you are reaching out for help, or it's time to speak with a professional again, Emily can help you make sense of how you are feeling and find your voice again.
This practice is inclusive and open to all people who walk through the door. You will be met with kindness and without judgement. It is a safe space to be open and honest.
